1 Payment & Pricing
- Full payment is required after the sketch is approved.
- Payments are accepted via Ko-Fi.
- Prices are listed in USD, but payments in other currencies will be automatically converted by the platform.
- No refunds once the sketch is approved and payment is made.

2 Process & Revisions
- Turnaround time: 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
- You will receive updates during the process (Sketch → Base Colors → Final Render).
- 2 free minor revisions during the sketch phase.
- Major changes after sketch approval may cost extra

3 Usage, Rights & Licensing
- Personal use : The commissioned artwork is for private enjoyment (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, social media posts with credit).
- Credit is required when posting my art. Tag me: @Nikoshi254
- I retain the right to post and showcase the commissioned artwork in my portfolio. (Ask if you prefer it to remain private.)
Commercial use: If the artwork is used to generate income (e.g., merchandise, book covers, game assets, VTuber models, branding), commercial pricing applies.
- Commercial commissions cost 2x–3x the base price, depending on usage.
- Proper credit is required when using my art commercially.
- I retain the right to display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
